Retain counsel anywhere in the USA for representation. Some of us charge very affordable flat fee to handle the case from start to finish.

How do I go about bringing my fiancé here to America?

Answered by attorney David H Nachman
Immigration lawyer at NPZ Law Group
The issue that you have raised is complicated. This is because there is not really a way to bring a fiance if you are a green card holder. Can you apply for Citizenship? If so, you may be able to do that and then bring your fiance after you are a Citizen. Alternatively, you may be able to use some other classification.

What's the petitioning procedures?

You should file for the green card based upon marriage to a USC. Your overstay is irrelevant except that you will want to wait until you have your green card before you leave the U.S.
