Your calculation of two is the proper number in calculating the affidavit of support for you. You cannot be counted twice, and so your husband should ignore the line "if you are currently married, count 1  for your spouse." Depends on how you'd like him to come to the US. As your fiance (to stay permanently) it generally takes 8-12 months. A tourist visa for a visit can generally be obtained fairly quickly if the individual is eligible.
