If you are grandfathered for section 245(i), you are still deportable. You should find a petitioner to file the labor certification as well as having your father file for you with a family-based petition. As an adult child of a US citizen, it will take several years for the priority date to be current.

If she has her permanent residence, then there is nothing at this time that you can do with the USCIS. If you are the joint sponsor and have filed an I-864, you remain liable on the affidavit of support.

Yes, you can get married now. However, you want to reconsider the long term prospects of each avenue, asylum vs. spouse of a citizen. Former is permanent and already in progress, latter is conditional for two years, etc., etc. Only you can weigh the pros and cons with attorney in personal consultation.
