If my boyfriend got a DWI and he is here illegally will he get deported?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. In short, the DUI and no license alone will not result in him being deported, but the fact that he is here illegally can result in deportations. As to what you can do to help, I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your boyfriend's situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze his case and advise you of your options.

What will happen if I overstayed by 9 months and got married to USC before NTA?

Answered by attorney Myron Russell Morales (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Quan Law Group, PLLC
You should not go into immigration court without attorney representation. You will need to show the judge that you have applied for an I-130 and how you would be eligible for adjustment once it is approved. If your NTA has yet to be filed with the court, you may consider the merits of filing an I-485 now.

Can I fix my girlfriend and my mother's papers?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alena Shautsova
Even if you are not 21, you can sponsor your wife. You are likely also to be able to fix her papers even if she entered the country illegally. Consult with an attorney.
