Can I get the US citizenship if my baby's father has an F1 Visa?

You can apply for citizenship any time after 4 years and 9 months from the date when you became a permanent resident (the date is on your green card, where it says "Resident since"). Your eligibility for citizenship does not depend on your pregnancy or on the immigrant status of your boyfriend.

It should not affect your petition, but I suggest you consult with an Immigration lawyer: you need to show him/her your conviction record.

If you had no taxable income, then there was no need to file taxes. You should be okay. However, I would suggest that you contact either a certified public accountant or tax attorney to make sure that your income, if any, was not taxable.
