Your application for permanent residency cannot be denied based on the fact that you are pregnant and unmarried. If you are currently outside the US, you will need to complete you medical exam and schedule and attend your ASC appointment before the interview.

If your husband is the petitioner and was ordered deported before you gained lawful permanent status, you can no longer apply for status on the basis of his approved petition.
