Marriage

Hello Anonymous,   We would need more information as you do not state whether you are a U.S. citizen or have U.S. legal permanent residency. Generally if you are a U.S. citizen, and your boyfriend has proof of his legal entry to the U.S., you can file for his green card after your marriage so that he can become a legal permanent resident with the right to live and work permanently in the U.S. You should consult with a local immigration attorney in your city to discuss your particular case and determine the best option for you. Good Luck.   Disclaimer: This information is not, nor is it intended to be legal advice. You should consult with your local immigration lawyer for specific legal advice for your situation.

Joint sponsor

Yes. Provide her W2 and her tax returns for the last three years and that should be sufficient. Also provide a letter from her employer on employer stationary stating what her income is. If USCIS wants paystubs they will send an RFE later but I doubt they will ask.

Usually yes, you should be able to sponsor him if he entered the US legally, but you should consult with an attorney.
