Elliot is the lead attorney at their Albany branch and has earned a formidable reputation for cutting to the chase and getting it done. Thanks to his strategy and relentless efforts in progressing our issue we achieved a timely and successful resolution. With tireless effort, he accomplished in a few months what we were unable to resolve for over four years. He updated and stayed in touch with us constantly, above and beyond our expectations. I trust Harris Beach and Mr. Andrew Yusick to do what is in the best interest of our family, and handle any issues that arise. When we purchased our last home there were problems w/ the closing, but Mr. Yusick took care of everything. We didn't even know there were problems until we had the keys! After my mother's death Mr. Yusick found a will that she had made out of state that no one knew existed. This firm has always been very courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them.
