He did his job, but was hard to get a hold of and needed numerous times to get answers to questions.

Nice to talk to, nice office personal. A little scattered brained makes it hard to talk to him when he returns phone calls. Try's to give good advice, but is sometimes lacking. Is willing to work with you if you need to make payments.

We provided fees ($1000.00) for future services. We ended up not needing any more services from him. We tried to get our money back, but he kept avoiding us. He finally left word with his receptionist that he would refund $300.00 dollars which we reluctantly had to accept. It left a very bitter taste with us as far as he was concerned.

It took him weeks to file our tax return with the courts. That made it so we almost got evicted from our house.

Mr Avery files my case after I paid for his services and stopped returning my calls after numerous attempts to contact him with regard to my case.

Didn't receive billing statements. Just kept asking for more money. Was made to travel multiple times to federal court (due to errors both on the lawyer and federal representatives part). Had to try to deal with new secretaries all the time in a three month period. When asked about the charges we were paying for couldn't account for all the money they had received from us. Even after I provided hand written receipts showing money they had received from myself.
