I cannot say enough good things about Alyson Scholl with Charlotte Christian Law. She is guiding me through a high conflict divorce in a copassionate yet tough way. Amazing lawyer! Charlotte represented me in my first child custody case 7 years ago and treated me like family. She convinced the state to grant me custody and bettered my children’s lives. Charlotte is an amazing attorney and an even better person. Her knowledge, passion and driven personality really collided when she’s in the court room. I again am using Charlotte and for this case I have gotten the same amazing representation and care. Fast response and good advice. It’s almost like calling your mother. Immediately I knew that Charlotte was the right person to represent me. She displayed all of the attributes I was seeking to include competence, confidence, and tenacity. From some of the other lawyers I spoke to, I had the impression that they were indifferent to helping me and that the outcome was relatively predetermined. We contacted and met with Charlotte as our son's custody case for his young daughter was well into a year of working with another lawyer. The services provided by Austin( the friendly guy) and Alyson the pit bull against you (the client) are HORRIBLE! Don't use them, they waste your time and money. I lost $1500.00 and was in the same situation when i left as when i came to them for assistance.

I am sharing my experience in hopes to help anyone to make a sound, clear decision in rather to hire Charlotte Christian Law. Please view my more thorough review through their Google website. The only thing this firm did for me that I know as a fact is took money from. For $4000 I got a motion filed for representation and an answer filed for a petition. The attorney Charles D Raney was horrible. I was charged for communication that I have no clue over, I was never provided with proof of things that was performed on my case, and thing when I attempted to voice billing discrepancy it was ignored by him and management. I encourage clients that feel as though money was taken and the job wasn’t done to contact the BBB( Better Business Bureau) and the Attorney Bar Association. I would think twice before retaining Charlotte Christian Law.

In 3 months, this lawfirm got 15k from me. My represented attorney, went to court with me two times. During the first hearing, the judge ordered the attorneys to get a day and time I can get my belongings from my husbands house. I sent a message through mycase of all my premarital belongings. Two months later, we were back in court and I asked the attorney about my belongings, he asked if I could send them a list of my items (which I had done two months prior) Here we are 3 months later, attorney withdrew and I am still yet to get what the judge ordered this attorney. I had multiple issues with this firm, and Charlotte reached out to me. She did not have the correct facts of my case and slandered/threatened me- If I did not reconsider my negative google review, she would be forced to disclose details of my case on the review. Her attorneys gave her false information and I have very nasty emails from the owner of this firm.
