Hired Law Firm

Seems like others have run into the same problems as us with this firm. Currently no end in site with the unresponsiveness of this firm. Lender has repeated that everything is clear to close but just a date agreed upon by attorneys and it has been a month with no response from the firm on coordinating a date. Anyone who expects to keep good relations with business partners should not put them through this firm.

Hired Law Firm

Terrible little firm, very dishonest and arrogant. They handled a private refinance representing a lender I worked with and it took over a year and 3 times the fee quoted to get the deal closed. Fred thinks he is a gift to law, but depends on his associate for most of the work. Neither he nor his associate showed for the actual closing. I had to work directly with my lender and his private attorney to keep the deal from falling through. Don't waste your time or money. They have a bad reputation among other lawyers as well as deal breakers.
