Founded in 2012, Law Offices of Bryan Fagan assists with numerous legal challenges, including Family Law issues. From our office in Houston, Texas, the firm's attorneys deliver exceptional counsel and service to Harris County clients.

I had a pretty sensitive case, a struggle for quite some time. I spoke with the firm and was assigned an attorney. My assigned team was awesome! My case was carefully looked over and plan of action was accessed. Attorney Horton along with Sammuel Roberson put my case together and upon mediation opposing council settled. It was a huge relief to know I had a great team behind me going the distance. I went to The Law Office of Bryan Fagan on a referral. I obtained their services. I was "encouraged" to settle in mediation with a substitute lawyer I never met. Of course my ex did not follow through their part of the agreement and now I'm back at square one. They want another retainer to file for breach of agreement on top of me having to make several calls to even get a call back. Mr. Fagan explicitly asked me what I wanted to get out of this and I did not get anywhere close. Horrible service
This firm is full of low level lawyers who have limited experience in divorce cases. They are not aggressive in supporting your case and the significant majority of effort, data and tracking of all aspects of the process will fall on you. They are only interested in billings and payments.
