I have been using the Herrington law firm for almost 10 years. From my initial divorce to custody modifications I have never had any doubt that Cathy and her team had my best interests in mind. Any time I had questions or concerns they would answer promptly and concisely. Cathy is not only a skilled attorney but also compassionate and understanding through the difficult times. I have known Cathy Herrington for more than 20 years. I worked directly with her professionally, and have also worked with her as a client with SEVERAL family member whom I referred over the years. She is an incredible attorney and a caring individual. Having worked in the legal field literally my whole life, I am not one who gives professional referrals often, however, Cathy is definitely the exception to the rule. HIGHLY recommend.

My husband and I had to switch attorneys right before trial when fighting for custody of our granddaughter. Cathy Hale Herrington stepped up to the plate and took over as if she had been working the case from the start. She took our case to trial and we won custody which is not easy for grandparents to do! She is a brilliant attorney who knows the law. Cathy is sincerely passionate and cares about your case and situation. She is very comfortable to talk with about difficult situations and she makes you feel comfortable during trial, the time when you need it most. I would highly recommend Cathy for anyone seeking a family law attorney. You will not be disappointed.

Cathy was recommended by a friend and hiring her was the best thing I could have possibly done. An ugly divorce from a person who has several personal issues could have train wrecked my life but Cathy would not let that happen. She is kind and patient and she really cares about you as a person. To her, you are not another case, you are a friend in need of help. And thats what she does, she helps. Cathy was very impressive.

I was in an car accident on November 22, 2015. I was t-boned by a driver and their insurance company dragged their feet. I called over 5 lawyers and couldn't get a call back. I called Cathy and she answered the phone immediately and offered me a plethora of legal advise over the phone. She was very honest about how to go about this process and let me know that I should take the first step on my own so she wouldn't have to charge me just to send a letter. If it must go to court I will use Cathy!

Ms. Hale was my 4th family law attorney- I had terrible experiences with my previous three Attorneys. I was fortunate she even took my case considering the wreckage of my case up to that point. My case was difficult and emotionally devastating for me, Cathy cared. Cathy has integrity. Cathy is a damn good attorney. She's smart and empathetic. She's tuff as nails when it's time to be. I was so grateful to not be exploited emotionally or financially. My case worked out well.
