Meet our firm:

Robert S. Simmons began helping victims of injuries caused by another's negligence in the early 1970's and has been recognized recently (2019) by H Texas Magazine as a Top Lawyer.

Paul H. Cannon joined the firm in 1995 and became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial law in 2005. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Thompson-Reuter's as published in Texas Monthly Magazine from 2017-2019. and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyer's Association 2017-2019.

Christopher K. Fletcher joined the firm in 2009 after graduating from Baylor Law School. He was named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyer's Association 2016-2019 and a Rising Star by Thompson-Reuters in 2020.

Sharon Simmons-Cantrell received her law degree from the University of Houston Law School in 1991 and has been with the firm since even before then. She has litigated cases and is now the head negotiator for the pre-litigation department. She has been recognized as a Top Lawyer from 2013-2019 by H Texas Magazine.

Since 1979, the Law Firm of Simmons and Fletcher, P.C. has been handling personal injury cases on behalf of victims of all types of personal injuries. Today the law firm consists five attorneys who all handle personal injury cases exclusively.

Our full review is too long for this site as we are limited to 1000 words. Please check out the negative review on Facebook. We are 70 and 71 years old and were rear ended on I45 by an under age minor driving a unregistered truck without a safety inspection. It was raining atvthe time and first responders were directing traffic to slow down, stop and change lanes because of accidents they were already working. The teen who hit us never slowed down and hit us in the left rear. It tore my rotator cuff from the seatbelt and I had just had neck fusion 3 weeks prior. Sharon Fletcher Cantrell handled our case. I have had 5 surgical procedures on my neck since the accident. Without consultation or warning, Simmons and Fletcher withdrew from our case. We are a Christian family and want others to know, this is NOT how, "we treat you as family" should be handled. It has taken a lot of soul searching to post our experience with the firm!

Hired Law Firm

I came to this Firm when my Son was in ICU, with a brain injury, unable to Comprehend. After being hit by a Car. I guess when I saw Christian Law Firm, Michael had Someone that would work Diligently on his Case. Well I was wrong. My Son is now with His Holy Father. Simmons and Fletcher has Still not Sent the Settlement. And from what they tell me, because Mic died during the Lawsuit, I would have to Settle for the State Minimum minus Lawyer Fees, and Hospital Expenses. I have yet seen a Dime. But God sees all!
