Shane R. Kadlec is a bully and a fraud. I was rear ended in March, 2023, in Houston with my 6 yr old daughter and a third person in my car. I live in Dallas. The other driver's insurance accepted full responsibility. I repeatedly contacted Shane's office for over the last 11 months for updates on my case via Zoom, phone calls and emails and received the run-around. I learned in January, 2024, from my insurance company that my claim was closed back in October, 2023, after having Shane repeatedly tell me he hadn't received any settlement offers. On Feb 15, 2024, Shane lied to my face that he has not received any settlement money and has not negotiated my medical bills. I then fired him and requested that he send letters to both insurances notifying them that he no longer represents my daughter and me. Today, his office sent me a document to sign stating that he has "obtained a settlement" for my daughter and me and that he is requiring his legal fees. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
