Rose Sanders Law Firm is a law firm established in 2018 with an office in Houston, TX. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing motor vehicle accidents, eighteen wheeler accidents, automobile accidents and 28 other areas of law.
Charles is very passionate about helping his clients. He has some sort of vendetta against insurance companies, I think it was from his time as an adjuster for Allstate. He handled my car accident with relative ease. Charles has that swagger that emanates to all those around him.. In the end he got me policy limits on my accident which was still not enough then he got my insurance to pick up the rest of the damages via my underinsured motorist coverage. Charles is an up-and-coming attorney and I would highly recommend him for anybody that is in a car accident.
Paid attorney fees but was never seen by the actual attorney. A law clerk who was studying law did all of the work. A demand letter was written by this law clerk and signed by Mr. Sanders. The law firm tucked tail and ran without explanation when they received no response from the party being threatened with law suit. No explanation as to why they were dropping the case was given to the client that hired them. Calls went ignored and unreturned after client paid hundreds of dollars. Very unprofessional. Client wonders if they may have been paid off by the party threatened with suit, but does not know for sure.
