Robert Tsung-Hsien Tsai

I highly recommend Robert Tsai! He is very genuine and trustworthy! My divorce started and ended during Covid. He made a difficult process much easier! I also appreciate his use of technology to make the process easier!

I Learned of Robert Tsai from word of mouth. I was going trough a very tough custody issue. I was trying to work out a set schedule to visit with my sons. I had previously made a legal agreement when I signed up to pay child support with standard visitation. However, their mother refused to follow the stand possession order. Robert listened to my story and took me on as a client. He assured me that the case should be pretty simple and easy. What we thought would be a few months of negotiations turned into a very long and drawn out battle for custody that took over a year to complete. Throughout the entire process, he offered me excellent legal advice to help me understand how to deal with what I was going through and grow as a father and person. I owe all my graditude to Robert Tsai as he helped me fight through what I thought was an impossible battle. On August 21st 2023 the Judge signed an Order making me the primary Conservator of my two sons.

Robert Tsai not only restored my faith in the legal profession, he restored my faith in humanity. He responds to emails immediately, is respectful, knowledgable, smart, and basically just a good person. I can’t recommend him enough. Anyone would be lucky to have him on their side during a divorce. I retained him post-divorce to complete a QDRO that had been stalled d/t wrong information and incompetence. He answered every question I had immediately and was able to complete the process fairly quickly. Wish I had known to hire him from the beginnning of the entire divorce process. He is the best.

Excellent law office. I hired another firm for a modification decree and had a terrible experience. So I fired that firm and hired Robert Tsai. I worked with Robert when he was with a previous firm. His firm is extremely responsive, caring, proficient and transparent with fees. I highly recommend his firm. Mr Tsai was hired by a close friend of mine on short notice. He worked very efficiently with the time he was give to move forward with the case. He responded quickly to questions and client concerns. Offering explanations of legal terms that were easy to understand. I feel Mr Tsai not only defends his client but works to provide a fair, quick outcome to help all family members involved to heal and move on.

Robert Tsai picked up my Daughter’s case after her previous counsel failed to show up in court. Robert only had a few weeks to review all the exhibits, pleadings and motions prior to the jury trial. Right from the beginning, he was responsive, committed and passionate preparing and delivering her case. I only wish we had Robert from the very start of the case. I would recommend Robert Tsai to anyone needing a dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate attorney.

When my case was closed, there were other motions to be filed to complete the order for me. He didn’t do this. He did not know how, and after giving him months to determine what to do and questioned about it, he abruptly stated that he considered my case closed. No further help to fully execute what he was paid heftily for. I now must look for another attorney to finish what he could not. It is very disappointing, costly, and leaving me with the burden of basically starting over.
