Lawyer Rotimi is a very nice and understanding man. He put his client first before anything else. He helped me when i had a accident and the insurance company didn't want to pay for the damages. He also helped me with my divorce. Right now, i see him a personal lawyer as he is helping me file for my parents and my kids from my previous marriage
Mr. Areola was introduced by a family member. I was detained by immigration. He got me out of detention. He represented me well before the judge and got my green card back for me.
He took my case. Was honest about possible outcomes. He was able to ein the case. He would take my calls any day at anytime.
Working with Mr Rotimi Areola was one of the best decisions we made. After interviewing fews lawyers for our case it was an easy decision to hire Mr Rotimi because he was very understanding, professional, knowledgeable and ready for the job. He took his time to explain everything step in details and he was always Available at his office when you need his attention. His priority is helping his clients get their cases resolved and never focus on his fees. Last he is very patient with his clients about fees charged and willing to work with you on time line that works well with you. Honestly he is one of the best in Houston!

I am writing this review because I’m very disappointed with how Mr. Areola has treated me. After helping me finalize my divorce additional paper work was supposed to be filed in order to complete the case. I have contacted Areola & Associates on numerous occasions and have not gotten any feedback. Mr. Areola doesn’t reply to any means of communication and claims to always be busy. I would not recommend him to anyone because he did not complete my case.
After the denial of my I-130, I had a deadline of Sept 10, 2020 to file an appeal. I paid full and submitted all documents Areola requested before the end of August 2020 but he did not submit the appeal until April 19. 2021 (7 months after the deadline). Whenever I called to let him know that I did not get a receipt from USCIS, he just said "I sent it, no problem". He also did not send important document "a brief in support of the appeal". After almost 4 years of delay and time wasted, DHS requested that the Board should dismiss my case. Too Laidback & Perfunctory. If you are here with a positive review, consider yourself among the lucky few!!!
