There is only one employee in the law firm that I can deal with because he is the only one who actually responds to my questions or requests. Seems to me that as long as they're getting paid, they don't care if you're happy or not. If I had to do this whole thing over, don't know if I would've went to them or referred two people shortly after. I never even got a thank you note for the two referrals. Surely they made plenty of money off them....

NORMA is horrible. Arrogant as hell. Extremely rude for no reason. Totally not worth the experience when there's other firms available. Choose somewhere else. Interactions with Norma only makes a bad situation worse.
