Hired Attorney Mr. Randal Kauffman

Had my case almost 2 years WITHOUT hiring any expert witnesses knowing full well my primary case was a Product Liability case and my mother’s was a Medical Malpractice Wrongful Death Nursing Home Elder Abuse case. He got my mom’s case dismissed and withdrew from my primary case because he missed crucial filing deadlines causing me insurmountable losses! Terrible attorney!! Even that jerk he worked for Houssiere is terrible. Hire them if u want to lose...because u definitely will lose!!!
