I’m writing this review to share a frustrating experience with Hermann & Hermann. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this firm. I was repeatedly told I had a case and was asked to sign a contract before they reviewed details I offered to provide. After signing and sharing medical records, photos, and videos, they withdrew from my case about 10 days later — after already sending a letter of representation to my apartment complex. Being left without legal representation after that made my situation much more difficult, as I now have to deal with the apartment complex on my own.

On November 8, 2023, my husband, daughter, and I were involved in a car accident, and we made the decision to hire Herrman & Herrman for legal representation. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst decisions we could have made. Once we signed the paperwork, communication completely stopped. We never received a single call, email, or text to check on our well-being or provide updates on our case. Over a year went by with no updates, and when we finally received a call, it was from someone who was now handling our case – despite the fact we never signed any paperwork to have our case reassigned. Attorney Meghan Hennessy was assigned to our case, and things only got worse from there. She told us that our case had been sitting for over a year and that the audit team had reassigned it to her. After discussing the case with the at-fault driver’s insurance adjuster, she suggested that we accept the insurance company’s offer because it was unlikely we'd get any more money.

Stay away from this law firm ..if your case ain’t worth a million they will not fight for you , they won’t disclose that but I spoke to an attorney that works for them who is fired and now works for the law boss , Herman and Herman toss cases to um experienced lawyers and they lie to there clients , they will not fight for you and if your case is lost you will have to pay for your medical bills !!!! Please don’t believe this form stay far away

Stay away from this law firm .. law boss is the firm that I shouldn have picked ,,, after 2+ years this firmed has lied to me , I have been assigned to 4 different attorneys (randomly ) they will lie and lie and lie and lie but will never tell you the truth or communicate the process with you stay far far away from this law firm … they are a disgrace
