Daniel McCarty is the most unresponsive, arrogant, and simultaneously ineffective person I have met. In handling my custody case, he screwed up my temporary orders, and after 14 months of doing nothing (even after being paid an additional $5000) I had to fire him for being completely useless. He had the nerve to cancel an appointment I had set because he had "pressing matters" after I had been trying to get him to do something as simple as set up a mediation date for over a year.
