I hired Charles after I got in a car accident. I was hit by a pickup truck being driven by a 16 year old. He was speeding. However, the officer deemed me at fault in the accident report. Charles was able to hire an expert that checked the trucks "black box" which indicated that the driver of the pickup truck was driving at 45mph in a 30mph zone.
