Hired Attorney Lois J. Liberman

Liberman represented my ex-partner in divorce case and she charged almost $1000.00 per hour. She often arrived late for court appearances and had the audacity to ask me if can get hard during a deposition. I will be glad to provide the transcripts of the deposition. She also accepted $70,000 in cash from me and then refused to report it to the IRS. After her bosses at her firm told her that it was illegal, she claimed that she made a mistake and tried to have the judge in the case force me to take the cash back. The judge told her that her stupidity was not my problem and that I had no obligation to take the cash back. Not sure if she ever filed the proper report with the IRS, but I certainly did notify them. In sum, it is my opinion that this attorney is untrustworthy and classless.

The only thing that Donald Frank values is the money he can put in his pocket by looking to rack up a huge bill. Getting Divorced is a hard enough process to go through, both economically and emotionally. Donald's interests are his own and not his client's. I wish I would have chosen more wisely.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
