Bervar & Jones, Attorneys At Law is a law firm established in 2002 with an office in Honolulu, HI. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal defense, federal practice, state courts and 23 other areas of law.

My past experiences with Bevar and Jones was an awesome experience with the woman who answered the phone more than several years ago. She spoke with accent and clearly understood. She was very reliable and got all of my requests done immediately. I was a client through legal shield. i recently called their office and was disappointed to hear a different voice. The service wasn't close to what it was. I hope that woman is still there! She's definitely a plus for their law firm and I am sure made a huge difference!

There were a couple of times that I was referred out to other law firms that specialized in the issues I faced, and was assured by Bervar & Jones that we would receive excellent service, and I did. Polite, professional, I felt comfortable. Bervar & Jones penned 3 personal & 3 business letters for me which turned out to be well effective.
I have a pre-paid legal plan with Bervar & Jones as my law firm. I have worked with 3 different individuals. They are usually fairly responsive. Since they are a pre-paid legal service, they are supposed to handle most anything, but their knowledge varies from topic to topic.
Response is fairly quick. The lawyers seem to care and are mostly thorough though they missed an important detail regarding a contract that they reviewed. To be fair, I could have given them one more chance to review the document and they may have caught it then.
Not much to say. I do believe that they could have done more for my husband when he was arrested the word that was used was profile. He was arrested for two containers that was purchased and had a receipt to prove purchase. Bervar and Jones could have done more for us.
