When I talked to Barry the first time he let me talk as long as I wanted and answered every question I had. When he represented me he flew to Kauai at least three times, it was a long case that took over a year and we won in the end. Unlike most lawyers Barry is very responsive to text messages and phone calls. He never cuts you off, he will talk to you as long as you need. His price is fair and he never tried to get more money from me after our initial agreement. Barry is definitely not your typical lawyer that never returns phone calls, never keeps you informed as to what is happening and always tries to extort more money from you. Barry is quite the opposite. During the trial he ripped the prosecution to pieces all the time being polite, it was fantastic.

He charged your money without put any effort! Flick around give me wrong recommendations. He is very dishonest. I think he stays in different island and he seldom answer the phone calls or email. The whole hiring over 1 year only meet him 1 time. He let me bring my legal document and he said he will PDF scan. After that when I ask him return my paper back. He said he need that for review only when finish my case he will return. He is very dishonest, if he already scan why still need hold all my paper! But when he I saw he made pointless on my case, then I knew he did not have the full knowledge for my case. Eventually my case is totally lost. He is unprofessional and unethical! He even didn’t return all my legal documents. Made my case lost and cannot go the next legal process because without the original legal documents.
