I have used Tolbert and Tolbert on three real estate transactions. Two were for purchases and one was working with local government to vacate property lines and roadway easements. I discussed options several times with Tim Tolbert. I was very impressed with his knowledge, advice ad expertise in this complicated matter. I also was very pleased with Tina and the rest of the firm's support staff. I highly recommend the firm and will continue to use them in the future.

I found the real estate department lacking expertise and atttention to detail, along with unprofessional attitudes which caused conflict in the real estate transaction. An error was made and I ended up paying money for this mistake the firm made. My closing took place on March 23, 2018, I just received a copy of my settlement statement and settlement check today, April 4, 2018, 12 days after the closing. They failed to confirm a mailing address, and sent it to a 3 yr old address.
