DO NOT waste your $$$ on this law firm. Accomplished ZERO for years but to continue the case, and switch judges! Did NOT follow up on clear court contempt with the defendant who is a proven bigamist/narcissist abusive male who did not follow ANY judges orders for TWO years! NO charges on 9 counts of he being in contempt. Did not garnish his checks nor force child support when he makes $209k plus and paid ZERO in support. After TWO gaslighting years, than files a motion to “dismiss” due to costs of trial. She made me lose my house/monetary assets and get ZERO child support to get custody. Now, cannot get the ONE thing he is ordered and will not send her new medical/dental cards. The courts there do NOT do anything but postpone the court date!!! The child should be protected, but this has proven that they do not! Only about $$$$$$!!! Taking this above their corrupt court system there!
My husband, myself experienced a nightmare experience by a recently new hired associate, the damage done is irreparable, 3 children where harm. We endured numerous violations of conduct, dishonesty, ethics, violations of standard, expense inflation for no work done seriously NOTHING so to defraud the judge she fabricated lies to make it appear she was doing her job. That damages she's caused are detrimental and irreversible to say the lease. The child best interest was never considered only her own. She violated judges orders, she requested unearned expenses. She lied under oath. She single handily was the most destructive force in our case when she was supposed to be the one safe haven. The violations she's committed is beyond imagination and to me is equivalent to child abuse. She abused her authority and took advantage of a desperate father trying to love and know his son. I cannot believe she would abuse her authority. I am sad
