Hired Attorney Mr. Donald R. Fuller Jr.

Don understood my financial situation and worked out reasonable attorney fees for me. He's very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and takes the time to explain legalities in a very easy to understand way.

Hired Law Firm

Don is a very nice person, amiable, smart. Unfortunately, his paralegal had a family illness and was out of the office for an extended period. Don does not seem able to functuon without her. He did not do my paperwork, but had to ask the other attorney to do so. His advice was so-so. I never got a bill, though he did call to get my credit card. And just in case, he charged me for additional questions I never had. So, nice guy to have a drink with, but find another person for your legal wo

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
