Sharon represented me in a construction lawsuit where I was the plaintiff. She is hard working, focused, and very prudent about spending her clients' money. She doesn't hesitate to go toe to toe with an opponent who lies or is otherwise unscrupulous. I highly recommend!
Works hard for me and I certainly feel like he's in my corner. Feisty when need be, and diplomatic when need be. Like all lawyers, not sure where some of the charges come from, as far a traveling fees...but in the courtroom, good as gold!

Terrible experience all the way around. Staff repeatedly dropped the ball and missed deadlines. When I complained, I was told to "don't be so hard on her, she's going through a lot." Really? Meanwhile, I'm spending thousands on Buddy during a very stressful time. Cannot recommend this office, go elsewhere.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! Horrible, rude, condescending, ill-mannered, arrogant, snooty, and patronizing. I have absolutley nothing good to say about these people. My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a property (foreclosure) from Sharon B. Alexander. We came to an agreement on price. We were emailed and told to come into the office and sign the contract. We told her we would have to schedule a time to come in as we were unavailable that day. She emailed back saying "ok, come in whenever it best suits you, the contract will be at the front desk for you to sign". We went in the next day to sign and Sharon informed us that because we didn't come in and sign the day prior, that she contacted another interested party and they gave a higher bid. SHE SOLD THE PROPERTY TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT CONTACTING US!! LITERALLY SOLD IT RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER US!!! After, through email, we had already came to an agreement. Realtors, do yourselves and your clients a favor and do not allow this firm to be part of your transactions in ANY way. Buddy represented a buyer to one of my listings. They were terrible to work with from the start. When mistakes were made and they were asked to fix them Buddy’s official response was “I think we’ll pass”. The sellers proceeds were over 400k and the check was wrong. After a month we had the check sorted out to where I could take it in to be fixed. The way I was treated in office was absolutely disgusting which caused me to then act out of character. They refused to give me anything in writing stating that they would fix an issue stating that it was the first they heard of it after several emails had been sent and ignored. I can’t believe there is still business taken to Buddy and this staff.
Horrible service! Stay away from Buddy Massagee. I spent over 30 years in law enforcement and have dealt with attorneys of all levels my entire life. This guy by far was the worst I've seen. He terminated our business relationship by hanging up on me and sending an email stating "neither I or my staff have the time to respond to every clients questions." Wow. And this was over a simple real estate situation and this is how he handles his clients? Look elsewhere for a competant attorney.
UNRELIABLE, ERROR-PRONE, POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH FIRM! 3 months ago, FIRM incorrectly filed deed information with County. FIRM incorrectly disbursed funds to home owner insurance that interrupted coverage exposing property to potential risk. FIRM'S lack of readiness in completing title insurance process delayed closing 6 days causing multiple logistical problems to client. TO DATE, FIRM DEMONSTRATES NO ACTIONS TO CORRECT DEED FILLING ERROR. Firm has been paid. POOR VALUE FOR MONEY!
kept waiting for 45 minutes. Offered absolutely no apology. Didn't even meet in his office. Was in side waiting room. Clearly he already decided to end this quick. He read my papers for 5 minutes, says nothing, then asks some questions. I answer a question and he cuts me off and tells me not to interrupt him. Other member in my party brings up that he didnt apologize for lateness and this dude gets up and tells us to go after 5 minutes. Rude, arrogant, no people skills, horrible communication
