Hired Attorney Mr. Jason Hayes

My case was assigned to Robert Brackett, an attorney with Mr. Hayes firm. During my initial interview with Mr. Brackett, I explained that my need for an expungement was time sensitive, and that I was seeking help resolving the expungement within a 30 day timeframe. Mr. Brackett implied that he was confident that he could help my case in a expedient manner. Only after calling multiple times was I informed that it would take upwards of 6 months. I have had no follow up from Mr. Brackett. Very poor

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
