During my initial interview with Mr. Brackett, I explained that my need for an expungement was time sensitive, and that I was seeking help resolving the expungement within a 30 day timeframe. Mr. Brackett implied that he was confident that he could help my case in a expedient manner. Only after calling multiple times was I informed that it would take upwards of 6 months. I have had no follow up from Mr. Brackett. Very poor
