Hired Attorney Elyse M. Tyrell

Not returning urgent phone calls promptly, no ability to find my messages given to her by her secretary, unilateral billing of services not provided, refusing to reply to several registered mail inquiries. I was given the excuse "I was on vacation" several times during the time I was her client. I would seek a different counsel!!

This woman helped Donna Lynn Wasano trick me into signing over 400k to the guardians of my children I wanted to help with there support so I signed but turns out they didn't even get the money they never even heard about it these people have turned my inheritance into a stressfull and drawnout lawsuit that I'm going to win because there sloppy and frankly disgusting do not go near them with your family's legal problems they will only cause you aloy more problems the biggest mistake of my life was hiring these people

Please watch the movie, "The Guardians" by Billie Mintz. She was part of a large scheme headed by Jared Shafer who abused hundreds of elderly retired people in Las Vegas. She accepted money from Jared to help him kidnap the victims, drug them and put them in a facility where they would later die.
