This review is being written within a few hours of being screamed at by David Bindrup, as he exclaimed that his firm will take whatever they want from my family's estate, and that we've been fired as clients. Bindrup accumulated $25K in billable hours while accomplishing absolutely nothing. They requested that my family commit 100-200 hours to the review of complex financial records. We committed this time and effort to produce satisfactory documents for the court, and the court approved them. After three years of complying with these requests, at the final hour we learned that Bindrup had a copy of the decedent's Last Will and Testament, and none of the time/effort/resources we committed was necessary to handle this estate. Rather than own the error and appropriately adjust their billing, Katie and David Bindrup are both actively seeking to petition the court to obtain as much money as they can get. Truly an awful law firm. Stay away if you value your time and family's resources.
Awful customer service. So rude and arrogant. Don't expect a call back and when you do, he will be extremely rude.
Working with this lawyer has been an experience I would not wish on anyone. He was very condescending and rude especially to my wife. Was hardly ever available and his office couldn't ever answer a question but yet was charged for that time.there are better and cheaper lawyers out there.
The absolute worst. Arrogant, uncaring, I could go on and on. Screwed things up left and right. Treated me like I was 5 and flat out lied to me.
If you don't mind waiting for weeks for a simple answer and then when you do get an answer, it is very snarky and condescending, David Bindrup is your guy!
