Hired Law Firm

At the end of the day, Cogburn delivered on the service we hired them to perform. That being said, I had to engage the managing partner on several occasions to get his staff to be more responsive to our case and to my questions. I fear that if I had not been so insistent and direct, we may not have reached a successful outcome. I had referred several friends to Cogburn prior the resolution of my case; their outcomes were not as favorable with communication from the firm almost nonexistent.
