Hired Attorney Timothy L. Hartley

I needed a lawyer that was able to work closely with the DA in my case. Tim Hartley not only worked out an amazing deal for me but i didnt have to keep calling him to see if he was working on it because he called me regularly to keep me informed as to where everything was at with my case. I will definitively call him again if i find myself in another bind but hopefully that was my last one. If you need a lawyer that will truly go to bat for you and do everything possible to help you out then this lawyer/law firm is the right person and company to call. Thank you Tim Hartley for all you have done!!

Tim is Straightforward & personable! Was able to assist in termination of probation quickly & easily with very little to no involvement on my part! I was certainly expecting the worse in regards to legal matters but Tim obviously understands how to eliminate some of that stress from his clients and execute a solid plan!

Tim Hartley was my first ever lawyer experience! Let me just put it out there, he was magnificent!! He was very professional and also made me feel as if my problem was his problem. He kept me informed and made me feel as if i weren't alone in my corner. Long story short, I am 100% SATISFIED with his service!! I hope I never "NEED" him again but if I do I won't hesitate to call on Tim!!

I have used Tim Hartley not once but twice. The first time I used Tim was a DWI arrest, The case was dismissed. The second time I used him was a Much more serious offense. Because of my past record the DA was offering me six years in prison. Thanks to Tim Hartley the case was Determined a NO BILL. And the charges were dropped. You cannot put a price tag on your freedom. Tim Hartley is worth every penny. He still calls me on occasion to see how I’m doing. I am very grateful for his services.

His belief made me believe again. His stalwart support gave me the comfort of facing seemingly overwhelming odds but with the advent of a true friend. If you are in trouble with the law in Rockwall county Tim Hartley is your man. My son was facing some very serious charges and Tim thru his due diligence got the case thrown out. Tim was great thru the entire process this was actually the second time he has bailed my son out he got a drunk driving charge thrown out about 10 years ago. If you want a criminal defense attorney that is worth every penny he charges Tim Hartley is the attorney you want he is very well connected in Rockwall.
