Hired Attorney James R. Hardy II

I would recommend Mr. Hardy to anyone! He was reliable and fought hard to get a positive outcome in my case. I was facing a misdemeanor and a felony charge that carried a minimum mandatory one year incarceration period. Mr. Hardy was able to get both charges dropped. He worked with my hectic work schedule and being a nonresident he stayed in contact with updates throughout the whole case. Any other outcome would have stripped me of my second amendment rights and for that I am forever grateful for all his hard work and determination.

Mr. Hardy from the very first call to the very end of my resolution of my case has more than satisfactory met my needs and expectations. Starting with a charge which was a mandatory sentence, Mr Hardy was able to professionally emphasize to the Court and to myself throughout my interactions with him with such care dedication and diligence that I deserved mitigation in not receiving any jail time. I highly recommend his services and thank him personally for all he has done. Him advocating on my behalf has enabled me to be present in my 6 year old life and to be a continuance positive role model and husband to my family. Definitely a Win! .

Attorney Hardy was there for us during a very difficult time for our family. I tell him he was a God sent! From the start, he was professional, reassuring and responsive, putting our entire situation into perspective for us. Importantly, without his guidance, we would have completed mishandled our situation. I will always be grateful to him for his work, his expertise, and for trying to put my mind at ease. I hired Atty. Hardy 10/20 for a criminal (VOP). We didn’t make it to court until 8/21 at which point Atty. Hardy was able to speak with the SA which allowed him to prepare his case. We discussed all options (good/bad/very bad). After just 2 additional appearances the case was resolved, better than what we discussed or expected. He assured me from the beginning that he would work my case the best he can and he delivered! Don’t be fooled by his age, he is as thorough, knowledgeable and efficient as they come! He expressed compassion and has a plethora of knowledge and educated me in areas where I lacked understanding. He calmed my anxiety by being responsive when I had questions whether it was during the week or on the weekend. I would definitely recommend Atty Hardy is results driven. From the point of consultation to the absolute end he kept his word and delivered exactly as he said he would during consultation. His delivery is comparable to his senior colleagues without the Price tag.
