Very hard to communicate with them.the first visit is nice and they make the impression they will help until the end. After the agreement/contract is signed they don't really show much interest in the case. I also know somebody else who divorced there and they did not add Jr. in the divorce decree and he asked for help after he was divorced, they said they were going to call and they never did. very bad customer service.
Ted Smith Law Group spent all of my retain money in administrative stuff and no results on the case. This case was drop by the firm because it was contested by the opposing party in other words too difficult and by this time was not resolved or completed. They only take easy cases so they can make quick easy money. I would like an audit to see how the money was spent. In a nut shell; they will not work for you, their main concern is to get paid, really bad customer service and a waste of money.
Very unprofessional. Will not return phone calls or emails but quick to ask for money to hire them without addressing your questions or concerns
