Hired Attorney

I have left several messages for Atty. Lipsey and have not gotten any phone calls back regarding my daughters social security case. I had filled out all the social security paperwork myself and after the 3rd denial hired Atty Lipsey for the appeal process. We are currently waiting for a court date.

Hired Attorney

Hired to represent me in a WC case. Atty Lipsey failed to demonstrate the slightest interest or work effort needed to stay apprised of my medical status or to prepare for trial; my records remained "unread" during the yrs the case was "pending". Hoping for an "out of court" settlement, my records remained outdated & no trial work began until the week of the trial. By this time I'd prepared my own case & handed over my work product to Atty Lipsey; perhaps "Criminal Law" is what he was offering.
