Paid a $3000 retainer and he used the full retainer without even the initial disclosures being finalized. He and staff will not answer questions or respond to emails. Disappointing experience all around.
Total incompetence, including lack of discovery, misrepresentation of material facts, and failure to prepare clients for depositions. They also created a serious conflict of interest among their joint clients and in many ways violated attorney client privilege by representing 2 of their four clients against the others. Worst attorneys that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many great ones.
