Hired Attorney Crystina M. O'Brien

Dropped me without notice. Only found out because I called her to check on my case. She did not want to deal with the opposite party. Said she was going to email me referrals..crickets. Unprofessional!

Libel, Slander and Defamation

No one from this law firm ever contacted me. I was trying to find out if I could place the flute for slander. Apparently there is no lawyer in Hampton Rd., Virginia that handle slander cases. This is one of many I tried to get a return call from. No information was given no advice given no nothing. Very disappointed not only in this law firm but in most of them in Hampton Roads.

This law firm made an already difficult situation even worse. I have never paid someone to be talked down to before I retained this firm. After deciding to fire them they delayed and postponed to run up fees and keep my retainer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I WOULD LOVE TO SHOW THE EMAILS AS PROOF OF THEIR DELAY AND DEFLECTION TO INCUR FEES. I PAYED THEM 4000 FOR CHILD CUSTODY. MRS SULLIVAN DID NOT MAKE ONE COURT APPEARANCE IGNORED MY EMAIL FIRING HER THEN AVOIDED MY PHONE CALLS UTILIZING HER ASSISTANT AS A BUFFER AND PROCEEDED TO INVOICE ME FOR THE ENTIRE TIME FRAME.
