The Law Offices of Neil Crane is a law firm with an office in Hamden, CT. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing debtor and creditor, debt relief, payday loans and 6 other areas of law.
Communication is still very poor. When you call the office to get an update or ask questions the receptionist will take your message and have no one call you back. It took me on 4 different occasions to finally get in touch with Neil. Once I did and discussed my concerns and get clarification on somethings he started raising his voice at me and talking over me. When all I asked was a simple question. When he finally understood where I was coming from that’s when he finally calmed down but still rushed me off the phone. I heard many good things about this lawyer which is why I made the decision to go to him. But this was highly unprofessional. I won’t discredit him, but this incident definitely made me realize I don’t want him to represent me.
