Marc G. Alster, Esq. is a law firm with an office in Hackensack, NJ. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing bankruptcy, commercial litigation, employment law and 15 other areas of law.
Very unresponsive, didn't even bother to learn my name, wouldn't answer my calls or help me with creditors even though I retained him as my lawyer.
Stay away if you have a disability discrimination case. He Knows nothing in regards to ADA Law. A family member had a well documented case of outright discrimination. He charghed us 475.00 for the consultation, but wasted half the time bragging about himself. He arrogantly said "With my forty years of experience there is no discrimination here". When I showed him Americans with Disabilkities act he called me "rude". The next day we went to a different lawyer and they took the case on a contingency.
This guy worked on my case and did a good job, but concerning his actual legitimacy as legal counsel, it doesn't exist. You see, I have been the victim of heinous and grievous crimes committed against me by Facebook Incorporated, Palantir Technologies, Oculus VR, Anduril Industries and all associated and guilty actors thereof. I have evidence of this and I have submitted it to the FBI via tips.fbi.gov. He is accused and is allegedly guilty of breaching attorney-client privilege, abusing his fiduciary and pecuniary responsibilities/privileges as my legal counsel by committing the following actions 1) He is accused of accepting bribes from the previously mentioned and associated actors. 2)He is accused of having tried to commandeer via
Mr. Alster sends his secretary in first who changes the dollar amounts on your monthly budget to better fit what the court wants to see. Then Mr. Alster comes in and tells you some of the numbers are out of the normal range and that his secretary didn't change those numbers -- you did! When he is done lecturing you that you can't file, he wants you to make an appt. to file anyway. Basically, he is totally uncaring, useless and extremely unprofessional! Just looking for money.
