We are a law firm committed to efficiently resolving divorce, post-divorce, and child custody disputes with dignity and integrity.

At the Law Offices of Eric R. Posmantier LLC, we strive to bring calm, balanced thought and logical reasoning into the oftentimes-chaotic world of family law. By combining emotional intelligence with legal experience, we are able to empower our clients and avoid bringing personal family matters into the courtroom unless absolutely necessary.

We are conveniently located near the Greenwich Town Hall at 31 Brookside Drive, as well as in the Executive Pavilion, located in the center of Ridgefield at 90 Grove Street, Suite 212.

Hired Attorney Eric Posmantier

Its never a pleasurable experience dealing with a divorce, but Eric and his team provided a very a human touch, alongside his unmatched professionalism, to get me and my family through an anything but human process. I appreciated his attention to detail, and his commitment me as his client, but also his fairness throughout the process to arrive at palatable solution for the family.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
