Hired Attorney Daniel Walsh

I had a difficult residential closing with an untrustworthy realtor, an unstable condo managing agent and an aggressive buyer with an accelerated closing date. Daniel Walsh successfully navigated all of these hurdles for me and dealt with the aftermath with an unmatched level of professionalism, responsiveness and determination. I highly recommend Mr. Walsh without reservations.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT JIM NICI HAS BEEN SUED BY MULTIPLE TRUSTS FOR BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY. COURT DOCUMENTS ARE PUBLIC RECORD, PLEASE SEARCH NAME NICI https://cms.collierclerk.com/CMSWeb/#!/ Defendant, JAMES R. NICI, is an adult individual who is being sued in his individual capacity and in his capacity as trustee of Waggoner Gifting Trust PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THIS MAN! I’ve been exploited, embarrassed & demoralized by him and hate to see him abuse another. Jim has allowed the trust to become an oppressive & controlling tool against me. His behavior comes across as extremely gender biased & disrespectful. His duty to act in my best interest over his own is nonexistent in my experience. This review is truly unfortunate and upsetting at the end of the day. I only post this review because the thought of someone else’s daughter, granddaughter or mother being treated the way that I’ve been treated, truly churns my stomach.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
