Anderson & Carpenter Attorneys at Law is a law firm with an office in Greenville, SC. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing family law, wills and trusts, probate administration and litigation and 7 other areas of law.
Working with Amie changed my thoughts on lawyers. She listened, challenged, supported and ultimately won. This was not a fun case. I was a case where my ex wanted to move out of state and we countered for me to have increased visitation and primary custody. With Amie's guidance, both of our organization styles and preparedness, she prevented the move and helped me, as a man, take over as primary custodian. This is pretty huge in South Carolina. I would trust her with anything. She's a fighter and a winner.
Amie is the worst lawyer you can imagine. She's like the used car salesman of lawyers, and why people hate the court system because of evil and corrupt people like her. She charges astronomical amounts and does hardly any work. My children became afraid of her as our guardian-ad-litem and court still listened to what her evil mouth had to say. Even lawyers late working with her. She is an awful person and there is a reason she has terrible reviews. Evil sides with evil, because there is no light in them.
Amie carpenter is a joke of a guardian. If you have problems with amie carpenter as a guardian please contact . Amie does exact opposite of what's the best interest other child. If she was your guardian and ypu are not happy please contact me ....
I met Amie less than 5 times. My bill was over 13,000.00 die to constant conversations with my son's father's New wife. Turned out they worked in the same place for over 3 years but Amie "forgot" all about working with her, told my lawyer they worked at different times (it was a steakhouse restaurant and she was in school so highly doubtful) and the conflict of interest was not reported. I don't think Amie is a good person and she is a terrible guardian ad litem that has a VERY rough demeanor with kids and I believe she got into this business through family. Because of that, it is my opinion that she is very supported by judges, lawyers and many of my council said to "not mention the conflict of interest" because the judge wouldn't "like that" and would take Amie's side. She is connected to certain lawyers in my opinion and despite her terrible ratings and inept capacity to support victims and children that need her voice, it is t another symptom of a broken family court system.
Garbage Amie is very very obtuse and she is very CONFUSED ...beware
Amie carpenter was my guardian at litem...she is irresponsible and does not look into any facts... She did ABSOLUTELY nothing to protect the safety of my child or the best interest of my child. ...she should be ashamed of herself and her firm.... She is a liar and and she did ABSOLUTELY nothing she said she was going to do....she is a liar and a crook ....
