I am a returning client for Mr. Culbertson. I hired him again based on the service I received years ago. Again...a successful outcome! I would never consider hiring another attorney for my legal needs.
I hired Mr Culbertson for issues my son was having and this was money well spent. Krispen is extremely knowledgeable and his confidence in the court room is impeccable! Don’t waste your time read the recent reviews, anonymous good reviews? That’s weird…, this guy got recognition 20 years ago for getting a drunk driver off on murder charges.(he blamed the car) He’s arrogant, untimely, he may have been sharp at one time but now he seems more focused on things other than his clients. His contract threatens people that leave negative reviews.- should have been a clue.
1. Custody Case A. He missed two calendar calls, his only responsibility for the case. This pushed back the hearing over two months. Additionally, both his office and he claimed they showed up.....which was somewhat true. There was an attorney from his firm at the calendar call, but he did not represent me. The opposing council chose the date without any input from me. B. It took 3.5 months for his office to pull the file and understand what was going on in my case. This is beyong unnaceptable. C. I filed a contempt motion in Novemeber that needed to be calendared.....it has still not been calendared. I will calendar it, because his office have proven to be unrelaiable. D. He was supposed to share information about payment with the opposing council.....it never happened ( 3+ months ) #2 Superior & District Cases I am out of text, but he screwed up two more cases.
