When I originally met with Mr Rinck about my case he assured me that he had much success with challenging cases like mine. Fast forward to 18 months later…. His response to questions is just send us in the forms and we’ll get the ball rolling. Save yourself the headache and pick someone else.
Never make the same mistake as I and others have made in hiring this bubbling clown of a lawyer. His appearance is sloppy and his communication skills are horrible. His so called knowledge of the law is a joke, constantly has to ask others of their knowledge of the law.
Don't make the same mistake as I did as use this clown. You'll be better off representing yourself. All the positive ratings comes from fellow colleagues who write favorable ratings for each others. He doesn't know the law. Always gives in to the otherside. Lies to your face.
It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me because i could no longer work once the semi hit me. But luckily i worked very hard the years prior to my accident and was barely eligible for SSDI benefits. Attorney Rinck promised to fight for my disability claim, but once he won the SSI portion, he quit "because of my age." He seemed resentful that i might get benefits at such a young age. But i rightfully earned my credits and was medically diagnosed disabled within the appropriate timeframes. He just took out his anger on me and I'm sure he will do it again. Don't let it be you. Attorney Rinck hooked me and promised me, but didn't finish the job.
I used rinck and I'd wished I'd listen to a close friend of mine and would have stayed far far away from him!! They need negative qualities in this survey to show his true qualities!!!!!
