Hired Law Firm

Went to them in April to have some homeowners association, bylaws, and covenants paperwork reviewed and updated. It’s now the end of October and it is still not done. They will bill you every month, but will not communicate or provide status on the job.

William Kain did not represent my family or my needs very well. We hardly ever met with him in person during our scheduled office meetings, and spent the majority of the time dealing with his secretary. He did not take the time to read the file for our custody hearing until we walked into the court room, and we had provided a lot of information. This made us look unprepared to the judge and opposing party. He mispronounced my daughter's name multiple times. Our experience was poor.
