I had a good experience working with Mr. Hensley, he was very knowledgeable about my type of case. I had three infractions which included a DWI, Open Container and Loss of control of vehicle. He was good at explaining everything in a way that anyone could understand, from my options realistto what could happen in court. I am thankful for him representing me and extremely satisfied with he outcome of my case.

I rarely write reviews. I certainly haven’t written a review regarding a lawyer. Unfortunately, I needed a lawyer due to an abusive relationship I was trying to end. Fortunately, Devin Hensley was recommended. Devin’s calm demeanor helped me get through a difficult hearing. Devin’s legal skills convinced the judge to rule in my favor by dismissing the case. Devin has the ability to read all the players in the courtroom to his client’s advantage. In my case, he was able to prove who was the victim. He also was able to show that the plaintiff (aggressor) was not telling the truth, the attorneys weren’t prepared and I was the more the credible witness. Needless to say, Mr. Hensley is one of the best attorneys we have in the Middle Peninsula. I recommend him highly.

Mr. Hensley took the time each time I called to reassure me of my concerns during the case. I was very emotional about my situation and at times probably hard to deal with, yet Mr. Hensley stayed calm and cool headed during talking with me about the case. He went to lengths to ensure my continued freedom. He kept me informed as the process went forward and gave me realistic outcomes that could happen during the case. Devon does not do his research to adequately provide you with proper/vital information pertaining to your case. He is a yes man who reflects poorly on a solid firm Breckinridge Ingles and Mac ingles built a good reputation upon.

He is a horrible person in general, regardless of his knowledge he has no true respect for his potential female clients and their children. If someone hires you to represent them you don’t disrespect them to their face about their crying children in the front office because you told them they couldn’t go into the back room with their mother to say “is this going to be a problem? Will we have to reschedule? I cannot have a crying shoulder in my front office, this is a law office not a daycare. I don’t know why you even brought them”. You will not be taking my money and talking to me that way sir , absolutely not. Especially about the wife/mother and children you’re being paid to represent. You’re out if your mind.
